Vaginismus

Vaginismus may be something many of us are unfamiliar with, which is why here at Sex School we had to talk about it. This episode takes a different perspective on learning at Sex School, making space of sex educator Amber Mallery to answer all Romeo and Jasko Fide’s questions on vaginismus; like how to navigate vaginismus and understanding the shame associated with it. This episode not only talks about personal experiences with vaginismus but debunks myths about it while offering some helpful ways to play and communicate with a partner. Vaginismus does not have to be the end of the road for pleasure, but rather an uncharted path of empowerment, communication and pleasure.
